Dr. Shane Welch, DMD
Dr. Welch was raised in the Mobile, Alabama area and still continues to reside there. Upon graduation from high school, he attended the University of Alabama where he received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology. He then attended The University of Alabama School of Dentistry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During dental school, Dr. Welch received the honor to represent the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in Japan for an international educational program that is conducted annually. He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. He also received an award as a graduating senior from the American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology for his exemplary aptitude and achievement in oral pathology. Dr. Welch believes in continuing his education so that he may continue to offer modern and cutting edge treatments to his patients and provide them with excellent dental care. Dr. Welch is also an active member in the Alabama Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. When Dr. Welch is not treating patients at the office, he enjoys Alabama football, fishing, golf, and spending time with his family and friends.
Front Desk Coordinator
Kris has been in the medical/dental field for 15+ years. Kris enjoys taking care of people and making them feel welcomed. Kris handles scheduling of treatment plans and financial/insurance arrangements for patient care. She believes in the prompt care of each of our patients. The most rewarding experience to Kris is to see each patient leave our office with a SMILE because all of their treatment and patient care needs were met. Kris and her husband Scott have three beautiful girls and one handsome grandson. Kris enjoys weekend trips to the beach, spending time with her family and watching lots of Saraland Spartan football.
Aimee has been practicing dental hygiene since 1989. She has worked in Michigan and North Carolina before settling down in the great state of Alabama. Aimee and her husband, Joe, live on the Eastern Shore where they have raised two fabulous boys named Nic and Gavin. Aimee and her family love the beach and enjoy boating and scuba diving.
Regina has been in the dental field since 2003 practicing as a dental assistant and hygienist. With over ten years experience, Regina's knowledge and training allows her to meet the needs of every patient with care. She prides herself on making sure her patients are well treated with the highest level of professionalism. Regina has been married to her best friend, Randy, for six years. They enjoy spending time with family and helping serve at their church. They reside in Citronelle, AL.
Taylor has been in the dental field for over three years and has worked in the front office and as a dental assistant. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know each of our patients and having a chance to help affect the most beautiful thing a patient has: their smile! When she is not hard at work at the office, she enjoys painting, going to the beach, and Alabama football. She looks forward to meeting each and every patient and helping improve their smile and oral health in any way she can be of service.
Kim has been involved with many different areas of business and management during her career and as of 2016, she has moved her areas of expertise to the field of dentistry. Kim is also a trained dental assistant which helps her better understand how the clinical floor integrates with the business office and vice versa. Kim holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Mobile and uses her degree to help efficiently manage the office and provide an environment suitable for comfortable patient care that is focused on patient satisfaction. Kim loves greeting our patients with a smile and warm welcome and is committed to making sure each and every patient has a wonderful experience in our office. When Kim is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves traveling and her favorite place to be resting is at the beach listening to the sound of the gulf breeze and waves.
